Who's TonNet

If you are a regular at Education & Tech, you shall remember that I'd written a post almost everyday since 2003 and before, it even had different names such as Spanish Readers Blog, BPLE, and so. You'd find posts in Spanish because that's how this blog started. Education & Tech covers tender questions of human living and rougher matters rotting the educators core.

About the Author of Education & Tech

TonNet wants to say that while he loves having readers, that is not the most important thing for him about blogging. This is almost an internal conversation he is having in a very public way. And as such, he welcomes and appreciate your comments, ideas, criticism, and readership.

This blog is primarily about how education and technology come together over the space we call 'learning.' It covers a lot of ground but the overarching theme (at least in my mind if not always evident) is how these new technologies, methodologies and ideas can be used to create a richer world of learning.

You are here because Education & Tech, B.P.L.E or Voces Lojanas. Thank you very much. If you find any of our blogs worth it, subscribe to them, bookmark them or post any of their post on your top social networks.

As you know TonNet is my Internet persona and has been a fixture in the blogosphere for numerous years (since 2003). He's been blogging professionally about the subject of blogging and blog news before anyone had heard of the Global Voices (or you for that matter). TonNet combines the last letters of his real name and the web, might it sound as foolish as it is, but looked interesting and since then, I've held to it. Some of you already know me by my first name, although I prefer to be called tonnet, Tonnet, TonNet or whatever you want to name him while in the Internet. I do prefer to take a good care of my own privacy, though.

TonNet is an Ecuadorian who was born in a small city in Ecuador Southern (South America). Have you ever heard of Shiriculapo! He was living and studying in Loja city for his three first decades, right now he's living in the Big Apple and works in New Jersey. TonNet is married to a beautiful 'macarenia' and provides for a boy, eleven years old and a 21 step-daughter. He's gotten degrees from the UNL (Loja National University). He holds a Doctorate in Education and a Masterate in Math and Physics. He's fluent in both Spanish and English.

Besides the content in this blog you can check his online findings here or more over here.

TonNet Warns You
TonNet can look himself smart y dedicated. Yet, he is so silly at times, and very cheerful in the very deep down of his heart.

For his real name you wont't need to hold a little while anymore, just check out his web address. He doesn't like his name to be used on the web, even though is not that hard to find it! He loves you very much, come back soon and please drop him a line and let him know it wasn't a robot which hit Education & Tech Hugs.

Hasta la vista baby!
